Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, which must be unopened.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us via our page here and we will arrange for a courier to collect it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@deepdark.co.uk.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if there are manufacturing defects or damage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@deepdark.co.uk

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: deep dark, Melford Resolution Ltd, Midland Bridge House, Midland Bridge Road, Bath GB BA2 5QY

Please contact us and we will arrange a courier to collect your order, or provide a credit if you arrange your own return.

All returns must be shipped via a tracked service. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
