Delivery destinations

Deep Dark supplies products only to destinations permitted for the relevant item under applicable UK export controls and our registered export licences.

United Kingdom and Crown Dependencies

United Kingdom, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.

European Union

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Other approved destinations

Australia, Canada, Chile, Iceland, Japan, Liechtenstein, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United States of America and Uruguay.

British Overseas Territories

Anguilla, Bermuda, British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, St Helena and Dependencies, and Turks and Caicos Islands.

Important export-control information

Delivery to a listed destination is not automatic. Every order is subject to the product's export-control classification, the scope and conditions of the applicable licence, sanctions and restricted-party screening, end-user and end-use checks, final-destination checks, required documentation and carrier availability. Some products have additional restrictions and may be supplied only following prior approval.

We do not ship to destinations outside the list shown. If you are uncertain whether we can supply you, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping rates

We offer free delivery across the United Kingdom and European Union. A £30 delivery charge applies to our other approved destinations.

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom are supplied on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless Deep Dark expressly agrees alternative terms in writing before the order is placed.

The recipient is responsible for acting as the importer and for paying any destination-country import VAT, customs duty, brokerage or carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge shown at checkout and are outside Deep Dark’s control.

Customers should check their local import requirements before ordering. Export approval by Deep Dark does not remove the recipient’s responsibility to comply with destination-country requirements.

For larger commercial, military or government orders, Deep Dark may be able to arrange delivery with duties and taxes covered by prior agreement. Please contact us for a quotation before placing the order.

If import charges are not paid and a shipment is refused or returned, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return-carriage charges and other unrecoverable costs, where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Tracking

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be provided by email when the order is dispatched.

If you will not be available on the delivery day, the courier will normally provide options to rearrange delivery.
